NCCo councilman seeks input on finances

New Castle County Republican Councilman Robert Weiner is inviting residents to a meeting to learn about the county's finances and discuss the proposed 17.5 percent tax increase council is considering.
Weiner said he wants constituents' feedback before he votes on the budget. The meeting is 7 p.m. May 21 at the Brandywine Hundred Library Cafe.
