Stoltz Real Estate postpones hearing before NCCo board - News Journal

Stoltz Real Estate  Partners announced Friday it is postponing a Dec. 2 public hearing before the New Castle County Planning Board to discuss its proposed redevelopment of Greenville Center because of residents' concerns about the project.

Groups including Citizens for Responsible Growth in New Castle County, Delaware Greenways, Kennett Pike Association, Council of Civic Organizations of Brandywine Hundred and the Civic League for New Castle County have been working with Stoltz on the company's plan to reshape Greenville Center and three other developments in New Castle County. Stoltz employees said the postponement will allow continued discussion with residents on the latest proposal for Greenville Center, which reduces the 12-story single tower to two, six-story towers.
